摘要
利用自行从土壤中分离的假单胞菌 sp.2 2 6 2产生的酶 ,在诱导剂的作用下 ,建立了以 DL-对羟基苯海因为底物制备 D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的方法 ,确定了发酵及酶转化的最佳工艺条件。
A method to prepare D (-) p hydroxyphenylglycine from DL 5 p hydroxy phenylhydantoin with enzymes in bacteria Pseudomonas sp. 2262 screened out from soil was established. The optimal technological conditions of fermentation and enzymatic reaction were determined.
