葛氏长臂虾Palae mon gravieri磷脂成分的分析 被引量:7

摘要 对葛氏长臂虾的总脂和磷脂含量进行了测定 ,并对磷脂组分、总脂和磷脂的脂肪酸组成进行了分析。结果表明 :葛氏长臂虾的磷脂组分以PC和PE为主 ,磷脂含量为8.59‰~8.98‰ ,占总脂的33.76%~35.72 % ;与大豆和蛋黄的磷脂相比 ,葛氏长臂虾总脂和磷脂含有更多的PUFA,而虾磷脂中的脂肪酸不饱和度及EPA与DHA之和要高于其总脂。 The content and composition of total lipids (TL) and phospholipids (PL) of Palaemon gravieri were measured. The specific value of PL/TL in P. gravieri was 33.76% 35.72%, the PL mainly contained PC and PE. Compared with the PL of the soybean and yolk, both Pl and TL in P.gravieri have more polyunsaturated fatty acids. In addition ,the unsaturated FA and the DHA+EPA of PL were more than those of the TL in P. gravieri. this fish has greatly been lost in both stocks distributed in the coastal waters of Fujian and eastern Guangdong. So the appropriate management should be conducted in rearing P.crocea industry.
