摘要
对捕获旺季的马面鲀卵巢中的总脂和磷脂进行了提取和含量测定，并对磷脂的组 分、总脂和磷脂的脂肪酸组成进行了分析．结果表明：马面鲀卵巢中磷脂的含量为 １．０９％－１．２９％，占总脂的２３．０１％～３３．０３％，磷脂中含有较丰富的ＰＣ、ＰＥ及一定量的ＰＩ、 ＬＰＣ；与大豆和蛋黄的磷脂相比，马面鲀卵巢中的总脂和磷脂含有更丰富的多不饱和脂肪 酸。
The content and composition of total lipids and phospholipids of Navodon septentrionalos (Gunther) ovary were measured. The specific value of phospholipids/total lipids in Navodon septentrionalos ovary is 23.01%~33.03%. Tile phospholipids contained plentiful PC and PE .Compared with the phospholipids of the soybean and yolk, the phospholipids and total lipid of Navodon septentrionalos ovary have more polyunsaturated fatty acids, In addition, the unsaturation of fatty acids and the DHA+EPA of phospholipids are more than those of the total lipids in Navodon septentrionalos ovary.
