摘要
目的 探讨进食蛋黄卵磷脂对高血脂大鼠血脂的影响。方法 将高血脂大鼠随机分为四组 :分别为模型对照组和蛋黄卵磷脂三剂量组 ,后者按高、中、低三种剂量给予样品 ,并同时喂饲高脂饲料。于给样后第 14天和 2 8天分别取血测定血清总胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL C)等指标。结果 蛋黄卵磷脂高、中、低三剂量组均可显著抑制高血脂大鼠血清TC、TG的升高 (p <0 0 5 )以及HDL C的降低 (p <0 0 5 )。
Objective To investigate the effects of egg yolk lecithin on plasma lipid in hyperlipemia rats. Methods All of hyperlipemia rats were divided into two groups: control group,which was fed with high lipid feed continually; experimental groups, which were divided into three subgroups: high, middle and low dosage of egg yolk lecithin. At the same time the experimental groups were also fed with high lipid feed continually. Both 14th and 28th day after administration,the TC,TG and HDL C were assayed. Results High,middle and low dosage groups can all restrain the increase of TC,TG and the decrease of HDL C remarkably( P <0 05). Conclusion Feed of egg yolk lecithin can regulate the plasma lipid level in the rats with hyperlipemia.
