不同浓度HFMC对大鼠输精管通畅性与生育可复性的影响 被引量:3

Effect of HFMC Injection of Various Concentrations on Patency of Vas Deferens and Resumption of Fertility in Rats

摘要 本实验选用生育力正常的雌鼠与输精管注入不同浓度HFMC避孕的成年雄鼠进行配对实验,以阴道涂片检查精子出现情况,判断输精管射精通畅可能性;同时观察延迟妊娠产仔,反映不同浓度HFMC的避孕效应,避孕时程,生育可复性及对后代的影响。结果表明:浓度大于7.5%的HFMC对大鼠输精管有不同程度地短暂阻断作用;随即通畅排出死精,因此各浓度(5%~20%)HFMC均具有肯定的避孕效果,浓度越高,避孕时程越长;HFMC不影响配对雌鼠所产仔的数量、死亡率,性别比例,仔体重和外形;随着HFMC自身溶解,雄鼠生育力逐渐恢复,双侧内生殖系统显微结构基本正常。20%HFMC组有尚未恢复生育力的雄鼠双侧输精管近段管腔有闭塞,并伴有由闭塞引起的精子囊肿,可能导致绝育。 Great efforts have been madeto develop non-occlusive or non-ever-last-ing-occlusive contraception devices in vasdeferens during the recent decade at homeand abroad.In our previous studies both invivo and in vitro, polymer HFMC was foundto have a spermicidal effect.In this inves-tigation in SD rats, the relationship betweenthe concentration of HFMC injected intothe vas deferens and the resumption of fer-tility was studied by means of continualobservations on the existence of sperms invaginal smears from the caged female andon pup-birth delaying,so as to determineocclusion of the vas lumen and the effect ofHFMC on contraception in male. The his-topathological changes in the vas deferensand caudal epididymis of the HFMC-injected male rats were also observed.Theresults indicated: ①HFMC in concentrationover 7.5% could show temporary contra-ception effect by its slow releasing of H^+;②HFMC could induce definite contracep-tion effect which lasted longer as theconcentration of HFMC given increased;③HFMC had no effect on the descendents innumber,mortality,sex ratio, body weightand appearance; ④the bilateral internalreproductive structures were identifiednormal after resumption of fertility, but20% HFMC induced vas deferens occlusionand spermatoceles; ⑤moderate concentrationof HFMC was considered favorable forreversible intra-vas deferens contraception.
