摘要
作者用口径仅１ｍｍ的透明塑料管进行了ＨＦＭＣ抗生育体外模拟注射实验，结果表明先注射ＨＦＭＣ再注射沉淀剂便于ＨＦＭＣ附着于管壁井与沉淀剂混合沉淀。对８只日本大耳白兔行输精管顺行及逆行注射以染料着色的ＨＦＭＣ在输精管内的分布，结果显示顺行注射ＨＦＭＣ量超过输精管的自然容积，易于从输精管一膀胱口排出。日本大耳白兔１４只用于比较顺行及逆行两种不同注射方向及逆行注射不同剂量ＨＦＭＣ后精子密度及生育力指数以了解输精管的通畅情况及避孕效果，结果表明顺行注射ＨＦＭＣ难以达到避孕目的，而逆行注射一定量的ＨＦＭＣ以保证ＨＦＭＣ在输精管内形成足够沉淀，则可达到避孕的目的。因此，在将来的实际应用时应先逆行注射２０％ＨＦＭＣ，然后再注射少量沉淀剂，剂量应为从注射点到附睾端输精管自然容积的三倍。
To investigate the effective way anddosage of
intravas deferens injection of HFMC formale contraception, Teflon tubes of 1 mm caliber
wereused to imitate intravas injection of HFMC,We inject-ed HFMC first,then the precipitant,thus
HFMCcould adhere to the walls and blend with the precipi-tant to preciptate. Eight adult male
rabbits,exposedreproductive ducts were injieted with dyed HFMC inopposite directions(upward
and downward),HFMCnowed out of the distal end of the vas easily when itsvolume was more
than th8t ofthe vas.143adult rabbits were used for the comparison of sperrn density and fer-tility
index between upward and downward in injections of HFMC and between the dosage of HFMC
(50μland 100μl)injected upward. The resuLts show that itis difficuIt to attain contraception by
intravas injectionof HFMC downward,but contraception is quite possI-ble by intravas injection of
HFMC upward providingthe volume is enough.The result also suggest thatHFMC should be
injected into vas deferens upwardfirst:its volume should be 3 time as muchas the natu-ral
volume of the vas from the injecting point to the e-pididymal end.Then a little precipitant is
injected intothe vas.
