摘要
作者用不同剂量的HFMC,在体外与精子作用不同时间,以探讨其抑制精子功能的机理。结果,HFMC与精子作用30分钟,有抑制精子功能,随剂量增大其作用增强,加入碱液,pH调至7.4时,精子功能有一定程度增强;当作用90分钟时,其抑制作用得不到解除;溶液的pH值随HFMC量增加,而在一定范围内逐渐下降,其下降幅度<2.5。以上结果提示:HFMC所致的溶液pH值下降可能是抑制精子功能的原因之一。
In this study, the mechanism of HFMC(copolymer of hydroxyethyl methacrylate-methacrylic acid-ethyl methacrylate)inhi-biting sperm functions was investigated invitro. We found that HFMC could decreasethe pH value of sperm suspension with anincrease in HFMC concentration to a cer-tain extent but the maximum decrease is nomore that a value of 2.5. The inhibitoryeffects of HFMC on the sperm functionscould be partly inverted after the pH valuesof sperm suspension had been shifted to itsoriginal level of pH 7.4 by the addition ofproper amounts of basic solution. It is sug-gested that the descent of pH value may beone of the causes of HFMC inhibiting spermfunctions.
