摘要
对有生育能力的雄性兔,分别用10%和20%HFMC加生理盐水(实验1组和2组)及二甲基亚砜加生理盐水(实验对照组)作输精管内注射,于注射后2～8月每月取血,用ELISA检测血清中抗体。结果实验组和实验对照组在第2个月均检出低水平的抗精子抗体,第3～8个月均未检出其抗体。组织学观察,睾丸和附睾均未见明显病理改变。提示兔输精管内注射10％和20％HFMC节育,不引起明显持久的免疫反应,作为节育的方法是安全、可行的。
To investigate whether in-travas injection of HFMC can result in anti-sperm antibodies, we devided 30 fertile malerabbits into the DMSO, 10% HFMC and 20%HFMC groups. Two to 8 months after intra-vas injection of the agents, we collected thesera per month and used ELISA to detectthe serum antisperm antibodies. The resultsshowed that there are lower antispermantibody levels in the sera of DMSO, 10%HEMC and 20% HFMC groups in the first2 months(P<0.05), but no significant dif-ference between the antibody levels ofDMSO,10% and 20% HFMC groups andthat of the control group from the 3rdmonth to the 8th month (P>0.05). Noimmune-related pathological changes werefound in the testis and epididymis. Intravasinjection of HFMC in the rabbits appearsto be a safe method of contraception thatcauses no deleterious effects.
