摘要
本试验对吡喹酮脂质体在山羊体内的代谢动力学进行了研究。给山羊一次静脉推注吡喹酮脂质体 3mg/kg· bw,取 2 4 h内不同间隔时间血样 ,血药浓度测定按文献操作 [1]。4只山羊的血药浓度测定结果 ,血药浓度——时间曲线符合无吸收因素一室开放模型。其药代动力学参数 ,消除半衰期 (T1/ 2 β)为 1 0 .0 0± 0 .59h) ;消除速率常数 (ke)为 0 .0 690± 0 .0 4 0 h-1;初始浓度 (B)为 1 8.81± 0 .64(ug/1 0 0 ml) ;维持有效血药浓度时间 (TCP)为 2 0 .0 1± 1 .2 8h;表现分布容积 (vd) O 2 .85±0 .37(1 0 0 ml/ky) ;廓清率 (CL)为 0 .1 39± 0 .0 2 9(1 0 0 ml/ky· h)药时曲试下面积 (AUC)为 2 71 .67± 2 1 .0 7(μg/1 0 0 ml)。
The experiment of pharmacokinetics about praziquantel liposome was studied in gout's body.The Drug concentration was measured according to article ways toward blooding sample during different time in 24 hour.The result showed that Drug Concentration time curve did not conform to open one compartment model.The Pharmacokinetical Parameter of praziquantel liposome such as βhalf life(T 1/2 β).Elimination constant(ke)、primary concentration(B)、Effect concentration time (TCP)、 Apparent Volume of distribution(vd)、 clearance(cl) and Area under curve(AUC) was respectly 18.81±0.46(ug/100ml),20.01±1.18h,2.85±0.37(100mlkg),0.193±0.029(100ml/kg.h) and 271.67±21.07(ug/100ml).
