摘要
本文基于硫酸介质中 ,亚硝酸根对溴酸钾氧化次甲基蓝的反应具有较强的催化作用 ,建立了一种催化光度法测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法 .本法的线性范围为 1.0 - 3.0 μg/ 2 5ml、灵敏度为 7.56× 10 - 9g/ml用于测定水样中亚硝酸根 ,效果良好 .
A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for determining trace nitrite has been develped,the method is based on a nitrite-catalyzed redox reaction between methylene blue and potassium bromate in sulphuric acid. The linear range of the method is 1.0-3.0μg/25ml and the sensitivity is 7.56×10 -9 μg/ml. The method has been applied in the determination of trace nitrite in water samples with satisfactory results.
