摘要
以苏州钢铁厂钢包为原型,通过水模和中频感应炉实验,确定了IR—UT—16型精炼装置的设备参数和工艺参数,证实了采用Al或Si-Ca-Ba-Al作发热剂进行钢水吹氧升温的可行性,钢水成分可满足小方坯连铸的要求。
The equipment and processing parameters of a prototype IR—UT—16 ladle refining have been inquired by means of hydraulic modelling and hot testing with a medium frequency induction furnace for Suzhou Iron & Steel Works. The results show that heating molten steel by O 2 blowing is feasible with Al or Si Ca Ba Al addition as heating agents. The chemical composition of molten steel is suitable for billet casting.
