摘要
试验将毛竹冬笋分别用保鲜剂蔗糖脂肪酸酯、海藻酸钠、壳聚糖涂被处理 ,并结合保鲜膜、保鲜纸、复合膜包装 ,在 7℃左右的室温下贮藏 .结果表明 ,用 1.5%壳聚糖 +0 .5%苯甲酸钠涂被 ,保鲜纸包装的冬笋 ,可保鲜 30d ,优于其它处理 .
In the experiment,the winter bamboo shoots (Phllostachys Pubescens Mazel) are stored at an indoor temperature at 7℃ with smears of sucorse-fatty acid-ester,Seaweed-acid-sodium and chitosan then paked with plastic bag,fresh paper and compounded plastic bag,The research shows:the bamboo shoots smeared with 1.5% chitosan + 0.5% benzoate sodium and packed with fresh paper can keep fresh for 30 days.which is the best result in this study.
