摘要
指出效能建设是高等院校改革与发展的生命线和提升办学水平的重要保障,分析当前高等院校效能建设存在的问题及原因,探索基于扁平化管理理念的效能建设在优化办学规模、完善教育结构、提升办学质量、提高综合效益等方面的积极意义,旨在促进高等院校的科学发展。
E fficiency construction ensures the lifeline of sustainable reform and developm ent in the higher educational institutions and the continual im provem ent of their school running level. T his paper unfolds the existing problem s and the causes of efficiency construction and reveals how the flat m anagem ent could play a good role in optim izing school size, im proving the structure of education, enhancing schooling quality and raising integrated benefit. T he aim is to advance a scientific developm ent of higher education institute.
