摘要
随着新建本科院校办学层次的提高,办学规模的扩大,学校传统科层制管理模式的弊端日益凸显,实行扁平化管理模式是新建本科院校在当下的必然选择,对新建本科院校实行扁平化管理进行探索,以期取得良好的办学效果。
As the upgrading of the newly - built university levels and the enlarging of school running scale, the shortcomings of the traditional bureaucracy - managing mode have shown. It is necessary to imple- ment plat style management in the hope of getting better school running results.
