摘要
建立相对科学合理、可操作的高校中层干部绩效评价体系是创新高校中层干部绩效考核机制的关键。根据高校中层干部绩效评价的特点,构建相对科学合理的评价指标体系,可以发挥评价的导向和激励作用,提高中层管理干部的综合素质和管理能力,增强其竞争意识,激发和调动中层管理干部的工作积极性。
The key to an innovative performance evaluation of mid-level administrators in universities is to establish a relatively scientific and operable evaluation system,which can exert the guiding and prompting role of evaluation,improve the comprehensive quality of the mid-level administrators and their ability in management and enhance their sense of competition.
