摘要
目的探讨银杏叶片对不稳定型心绞痛患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的影响。方法 150例不稳定型心绞痛患者,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用银杏叶片。结果治疗2周后,观察组总有效率90.7%高于对照组总有效率72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组患者血清IL-6及hs-CRP水平分别为(3.3±2.8)pg/L、(6.2±2.7)mg/L低于对照组患者血清IL-6及hs-CRP水平(4.5±3.6)pg/L、(9.4±3.5)mg/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗2周后,观察组斑块厚度、斑块大小和颈动脉内膜中层厚度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶片能有效改善不稳定型心绞痛患者的血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平,并改善颈动脉粥样硬化斑块情况,在不稳定型心绞痛治疗中起到阻断和逆转作用。
Abstract： Objective To explore the impact of Ginkgo biloSa leaf extract tablets on serum interleukin- 6 （IL- 6）, high- sensitivity C- reactive protein （hs CRP） and carotid atherc,sclerotic plaque in patients with unstable angina pectoris （UAP）. Methods One hundred and fifty patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The con- trol group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group received Ginkgo biloba leaf extract tablets based on con- ventional therapy. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the total efficacy rate of the observation group （90.7 % ） was higher than that of the control group （72.0%）, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. And the serum IL- 6 and hs - CRP levels of the observation group （3.3 ± 2.8 pg/L, 6.2 ± 2.7 mg/L） were lower than those of the control group （4.5 ± 3.6 pg/L, 9.4 ± 3.5 mg/L）, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. Plaque thickness, plaque size and carotid ar- tery intima - media thickness were all lower in the observation group than in the control group, and there were statistically signifi- cant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions Ginkgo biloSa leaf extract tablets can effectively down- regulate the serum levels of hs - CRP and IL- 6 in patients with UAP, discourage the buildup of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, and halt or even reveme the progression of unstable angina pectoris during its treatment.
