摘要
胎儿超声心动图教学是超声诊断学的重要组成部分,但其内容复杂、抽象,难于理解,心脏畸形种类繁多,内容很混淆,不易掌握,是教学难点。在教学中,打破传统教学模式,借助多媒体教学,引入"病例式教学",并增加实践机会,取得了良好的教学效果。
Fetal echocardiography is an important discipline of ultrasound diagnostics and it is characteristic with complexity and nonifgurative concept, which leads to the dififculty in understanding for the students. On the other hand, there are many cardiac malformations in realty and the content is very confusing to the students. Therefore, it is challengeable to achieve the pedagogical goal. During the teaching, the traditional teaching model was combined with the modern Pedagogical Theory and the “case study” was introduced into the class by using multimedia technology. The opportunities for clinical practice were provided profusely during the teaching and the teaching quality was improved.
