摘要
古尼虫草无性型——古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii Liang) 在不同培养条件下,菌丝体干重、蛋白质、氨基酸及维生素含量均有明显差异。在25℃下Ⅱ号培养基菌丝体干重比Ⅰ号培养基高40%以上;蛋白质含量,Ⅱ号培养基高达10.58%,约为对照的1.5倍,为冬虫夏草(Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.)Sacc.)的57%;菌丝体氨基酸含量为冬虫夏草全草和子座的1.5倍以上,维生素E平均含量高达2000mg/100g鲜菌丝体干重以上;维生素C的含量也高于一般粮食和蔬菜,烟酸的含量为酵母的50倍。
Anamorph of Cordyceps gunnii is Paecilomyces gunnii Liang. In diffferent culture conditions, the amounts of protein, amino acids and vitamins in dry mycelial weight possessed obvious differences. Mycelial dry weight of No.2 liquid culture is 40% higher than No. 1 at 25*0. Protein content of No. 2 liquid culture is up to 10.58%, which is about 1.5 times as much as check and is 57% of Cordyceps sinensis. Amino acid content of myc-elia is 1.5 times as much as the whole fungus and stroma of Cordyceps sinensis YE average content is high up to 2000mg/100g in dry mycelial and VC is higher too than general grains and vegetable.
