摘要
本文在国内外首次报道了用古尼虫草〔Cordyceps gunnii(Berk.)Berk.〕的无性型——古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii Liang)人工培养形成虫草有性子实体的过程及植物激素等对人工培养子实体的影响,并对培养的有性子实体进行了切片观察。结果表明:植物激素及生长调节物质如吲哚乙酸、萘乙酸、玉米素、激动素、环腺苷酸在一定浓度下对古尼拟青霉分化形成虫草子实体有促进作用,但2.4-二氯苯氧乙酸、(艹卡)基腺嘌呤、赤霉素、脱落酸则有抑制作用。纵切和横切面观察显示出人工培养古尼虫草子实体由皮层、髓部及子囊壳构成,与天然子实体基本相同。
This paper reported first in the world that the sexual fruiting body of Cordyceps gunnii was cultured succesfully using the anamorph of the Cordyceps species, Paecilomyces gunnii, the influence of plant hormones on the production of the fruiting body of the Cordyceps gunnii and the observation of the sections of the artificial culture fruitbody. Plant hormones and regulating substances, such as IAA, NAA, ZT and cAMP could promoted the production of the fruitbody in range of optimum concentrations using Paecilomyces gunnii, but 2,4-D,BA,GA and ABA inhabited the production of the fruitbody. The cultural fruitbody consists of cortex, trama and perithecia. It is same as the natural fruitbody of Cordyceps gunnii.
