营养条件对古尼虫草菌丝生长量的影响 被引量:6

摘要 本文报道了古尼虫草(Cordyceps gunnii(Berk)Berk)的无性型,古尼拟青霉(Paecilomyces gunnii Liang)5—19菌株,在不同营养条件下的菌丝产量。实验表明:碳源中,最适于此菌生长的是单糖。其中甘露糖最佳,其次为葡萄糖和半乳糖。双糖中麦芽糖最好。在淀粉中,以洋芋粉最适于生长,且菌丝体成为纯白色。在氮源试验中,最适于生长的有机氮为尿素,无机氮为硝酸钠。实验还表明:在所试微量元素浓度范围内对此菌生长无明显影响。 Cordyceps gunnii (Berk.) Berk, is an important entomogenous fungus.Its anamoph is Paecilomyces gunnii Liang. This paper reported the effect of different carbon sources, nitrogen sources and trace-element on mycelial growth biomass of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang 5-19 strain, In the carbon experiments,the suitable carbon sources is monosaccharides,D-mannose is optimal monosaccharides for growth biomass of Paecilomyces gunnii 5 -19 strain,glucose is the second one. In the disaccharides, the maltose is optimal one.In other carbon sources,the potato starch is optimal one for Paecilomyces gunnii 5-19 strain growthing,the potato starch can make the mycelia become white. In the nitrogen sources experiments, the optimal organic nitrogen is urea,the optimal inorganic nitrogen is sodium nitrate. In this experiment, the trace-elements studied influence mycelial growth biomass of Paecilomyces gunnii Liang 5-19 strain was not obvious.
