虫草锌对铅中毒小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的: 研究虫草锌(人工虫草-古尼拟青霉与锌的复方剂)对铅中毒小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法:小鼠按200mg·kg-1·d-1皮下注射醋酸铅溶液2周,给予高低剂量虫草锌治疗,同时设空白组、EDTA组、虫草组、锌组、模型组;用半体内法测定小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能;用血清溶血素法测半数溶血值(HC50 )。结果:虫草锌能明显提高巨噬细胞吞噬百分率、吞噬指数和HC50,且高于虫草和锌剂组。EDTA则无明显改善作用。结论:虫草锌可以在一定程度上对抗铅中毒所致的免疫损害,效果优于虫草、锌剂和EDTA。 Objective: To study the influence of compound Paecilomyces gunnii (CPG), which is consisted of P. gunnii (PG.) and zinc, on immunity function of lead poisoned mice. Methods: Mice were given PbAC subcutaneously at a dose of 200mg/kg/d for 2 weeks, and in the same time, a therapy with CPG of different doses subcutaneously was conducted to some of the mice, while 2 groups of lead poisoned mice were given EDTA or znic for 2 weeks as positive control group and znic group respectively, and 1 group of lead poisoned mice that did not receive any treatment as negative control. 2 kinds of data were collected by the end of the experiment: 1) percentage of phagocytosis (PP) and index of peritoneal cavity phagocytes (IP) were obtained by half-in vivo method; 2) serum 50% hemolytic value (HC 50 ) was obtained with serum hemolysin method. Results: The PP, IP, and HC 50 were significantly higher in mice of CPG groups than those in mice of positive and negative control groups and znic group. No obvious curative effect of EDTA was observed. Conclusions: Compound Peacilomyces gunnii might reverse immunity damages caused by lead poison, and it has better curative effects than zinc and EDTA to lead poisoning.
