摘要
本文对金樱子(Rosa Laevigata Michx)果实的特性、呼吸强度、氧化酶活性、主要营养物质含量变化和耐藏性进行分析测定,对加工适应性也进行了研究。
This test has been carried out to study on the fruie character, the respiratory intensity, the activity of oxidase, the content change of main nutritive materials and storage property separately of Rosa Laevigata Michx.
