摘要 微RNA(miRNA)是由22-27bp组成的、内源性高度保守的非编码性小分子单链RNA,能通过与信使RNA的3’端非翻译区结合,从而沉默或靶向切割信使RNA,在转录后水平调控蛋白质的表达。近年来,miRNA成为了心脏病学中研究的热点,许多研究证明miRNA与心功能不全相关,miRNA通过调节心肌细胞凋亡、心脏肥厚、纤维化等,参与心力衰竭的发生、发展过程,心力衰竭中可检测到多种miRNA水平的变化。该文对miRNA在心力衰竭中作用的研究进展予以综述。 MieroRNA (miRNA) is a highly-conserved endogenous non-coding single-stranded RNA made up of 22-27 bp ,which can bind the 3' non-translating religion of mRNAs in order to silence or targeted dice mRNA,regulating the expression of proteins on the post-translation level. The function of miRNA has become a hot topic of heart diseases in recent years. Many research has demonstrated that miRNA is related to heart dysfunction, miRNA is involved in the progress of heart failure by regulating the myocardium apoptosis, cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis, and multiple miRNA level changes can be detected in heart failure. Here is to make a review of miRNA roles in heart failure.
