摘要
目的建立桑枝药材中黄酮类物质高效液指纹图谱(HPLC-DAD)的分析方法。方法采用HPLCDAD法对桑枝进行指纹图谱分析,以紫云英苷为参照物分析10批不同产地的桑枝样品,采用计算机辅助相似性评价系统进行评价。结果桑枝药材HPLC指纹图谱由11个特征峰构成,相似度均>0.90,符合指纹图谱研究技术的要求。结论所建立的指纹图谱结果稳定,重现性好,该方法准确、简单,其指纹图谱可用于桑枝药材的鉴别和质量控制。
Objective To establish an analytical method of HPLC fingerprint of flavonoids ingredients in Ramulus Mori .Methods The HPLC-DAD method was used to analyze the fingerprint ofRamulus Mori . 10 batches of samples of different origin were analyzed with astragalin served as the reference.Computer-aided evaluation system of similarity was used to evaluate.Results The fingerprints constituted by the 11 characteristic peak,the similarity of fingerprints of 10 batches of samples was greater than 0.9,which met the requirements of fingerprints technology.Conclusion The established fingerprints had good stability and reproducibility,which could be used to identify and control the quality of Ramulus Mori .
