摘要
该文首次用高效液相建立了帽蕊木茎皮中儿茶素质量分数的测定方法。选用Purospher star RP-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm,德国Merck公司);流动相为V(乙腈):V(高纯水):V(磷酸)=10:89.1:0.9;检测波长278nm;流速1mL/min;柱温25℃。儿茶素在0.024~0.6μg内峰面积与质量呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为104.68。研究结果表明,该方法灵敏、准确、重现性好。该文报道工作的新颖性已为河南大学图书馆2008年7月2日出具的第2008001号《科技查新报告》所证实。
To determine the mass fractions of catechin in the stem bark of Mitragyna rotundifolia Kuntze. ,HPLC was carried out on a Purospher star RP-Cl8 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm, Merck) at 25℃ using acetonitrile-H2O-phosphoric acid (10:89.1:0.9) as mobile phase, detection wavelength at 278 nm and flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The calibration curves of catechin were linear within the range of 0.024-0.6μg(r=0.9999). The average recovery was 104.68%. This method is reliable, accurate and suitable for determination of catechin. The novelty of this work has been confirmed in Technology Novelty Search Report No. 2008001 provided by Library of Henan University on July 2,2008.
