摘要
目的:建立茯苓皮的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法。色谱柱为Hypersil ODS C18,流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(梯度洗脱),检测波长为210 nm,柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 ml/min,进样量为20μl。以茯苓酸A为参照峰,分析18批不同产地的茯苓皮样品;采用SPSS 17.0软件对其进行聚类分析,并采用《计算机辅助相似性评价系统》进行相似度评价。结果:18批茯苓皮药材共有16个共有峰,相似度均>0.9。结论:所建立的指纹图谱可用于茯苓皮药材的鉴别和质量控制。
OBJECTIVE:To establish the HPLC fingerprint of poria cocos.METHODS:HPLC was conducted with the column of Hypersil ODS C18.The water phase was acefonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid(gradient elution)at the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min;the detection wavelength was 210 nm;the temperature was 35 ℃ and the volume was 20 μl.A total of 18 batches of poria cocos produced in different places were analyzed with the reference peak of poria acid A.It was cluster analyzed by SPSS 17.0 software and evaluated similarity by Computer Aided Similarity Evaluation System.RESULTS:The 18 batches of poria cocos had 16 common peaks in total,the similarity was more than 0.9.CONCLUSIONS:The HPLC fingerprint can be used for identification and quality evaluation of poria cocos.
