摘要
超临界循环流化床锅炉将循环流化床燃烧技术与超临界蒸汽压力循环优点相结合。提出了超临界循环流化床锅炉水冷壁布置方案设计的难点,介绍了东方锅炉设计的600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉水冷壁系统特点及其优点;并对锅炉实际运行数据进行分析。结果表明炉膛水冷壁吸热偏差较小,锅炉满负荷运行时水冷壁出口蒸汽温度最大偏差为17.0℃,中隔墙出口蒸汽温度最大偏差为28.0℃,均远小于设计允许值,东方锅炉600 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉水冷壁设计是成功的。
Supercritical circulating fluidized bed (SCCFB) boiler combines the advantages of both the CFB combustion technology and the supercritical pressure steam cycle. The paper first gives an introduction to the water wall system and its advantages of the 600 MW SCCFB boiler designed by DEC Boiler, explaining diffieuhies encountered in design of the system. The paper then makes analyses of operation data acquired during operation of SCCFB boiler. The results indicate that the heat difference is pretty small, and when the boiler operates at maximum continuous rating(BMCR) load, the maximum steam temperature deviation of water wall equal to 17℃ and the maximum steam temperature deviation of mid-partition water wall is 28℃. The result shows that the water wall design of the 600 MW SCCFB boiler is successful.
