摘要
阐述了我国首台1000MW超超临界燃煤锅炉的设计特点,并对所采用的设计煤种、蒸汽参数、炉膛尺寸、燃烧方式、水冷壁设计、高热强钢材、启动系统进行了分析,为我国开发更大容量超超临界机组,提高锅炉效率、降低发电成本和有害物质排放,提供了借鉴条件。
The design features of China's first ultra supercritical coal-fired boiler with a capacity of 1000 MW were discussed, the coal type designed for use, steam parameter, size of furnace, combustion way, design of water wall, high alloy heat-resistance steel and start-up system was analyzed in the paper, which gives an useful reference to development much more large-capacity ultra supercritical generation set, promotion the thermal efficiency of boiler and decreasing cost of power generation and emission of harmful materials.
