摘要
在对某电厂350MW 锅炉炉内过程数值模拟的基础上,结合现场实验数据,分析了炉膛出口区域过热器和再热器沿炉膛宽度吸热偏差的分布规律。分析结果表明:在炉膛出口区域对流型过热器和再热器与辐射型过热器和再热器之间沿炉膛宽度吸热偏差的分布有截然不同的规律,前者呈“M”形分布,后者呈两侧低中间高的凸形分布。图5
On the basis of numerical simulation of furnace processes in a 350MW boiler and some experimental data, this paper analyzed the distribution pattern of heat absorption deviation of superheaters and reheaters along furnace width in the furnace exit of tangentially fired boilers. The results show that there are dissimilar distribution patterns between convection and radiation superheater or reheater. The former appers as “M” shape, and the latter emerges in convex form.
