摘要
四川白马600 MW超临界循环流化床(circulating fluidized bed,CFB)锅炉研发在设计过程中,面临不少亟需解决的关键性问题。这些问题主要包括双布风板大炉膛密相区颗粒混合问题、床料平衡与控制问题,高炉膛中气固浓度分布,二次风穿透问题,悬吊受热面表面颗粒流动问题,六分离器循环回路物料平衡问题,炉膛水冷壁、中隔墙和悬吊受热面的热流分布规律,超临界水动力特性,回料系统受阻对炉膛运行的影响和水冷壁的防磨等。这些问题均是600 MW超临界CFB锅炉设计和运行中至关重要和必须解决的问题。该文主要介绍为解决这些问题而开展的大量实验研究和数值模拟研究工作及其主要结果。实炉的运行结果验证了研究结果的预测。
The article summarized key issues studied in developing of the 600 MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler at Sichuan Baima power generation plant. The issues include the solids particle mixing in dense bed and suspended heat transfer surface, gas-solids suspension density profiles in a super high riser, bed material balance and its overturn condition between a breeches-leg, gas-solids flow distribution among different cyclones, heat flux distributions on water wall, division wall and suspended heat transfer surface, thermal-hydraulic characteristics, local voidage variation with interrupting circulating loop(s) during operation, and erosion problem and protection on water wall. Solutions to the issues were suggested based on plenty of experimental and numerical study. Successful operation of the 600 MW CFB boiler verifies the work.
