摘要 超临界循环流化床锅炉将循环流化床 (CFB)燃烧技术与超临界蒸汽压力循环的优点相结合 ,是一项发展前景十分广阔的洁净煤燃烧技术。该文讨论了超临界大型循环流化床锅炉设计中的诸如炉膛结构、换热面布置等一些重要问题。在此基础上给出了 1台 60 0 MWe循环流化床锅炉的初步设计方案。最后 ,通过热力计算 ,预测了锅炉运行的主要参数并讨论了负荷变化对锅炉各项参数的影响。图 4表 4参 The supercritical circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boiler is a very promising clean coal combustion technology with the combination of the advantages of the CFB combustion technology and the supercritical pressure steam cycle. Some primary problems such as the furnace structure, the arrangement of the heat surface etc. were all discussed in this paper. And based on the discussion, we put forward a primary design of a 600MWe supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler. At last, with reference to the results of the thermal calculation, we forecast the main operation parameters of the boiler and discussed the infection of the change of the boiler load on some main parameters of the boiler.
