摘要
我们应用气相色谱分析方法测试了马面鲀鱼油及鳕鱼油中脂肪酸成分,结果表明,这二种鱼油脂肪酸组成与其它动、植物油的脂肪酸有着显著差异,主要含不饱和脂肪酸共约占63%,而其中ω—3型多不饱和脂肪酸占25%左右(主要是 EPA 和 DHA),这是在其它动、植物油脂中所没有的,上述测试结果与有关文献报道其它动植物油脂(除鱼油、部分虾油外)不含 EPA和 DHA 的结果相符。EPA 和 DHA 在防治心血管疾病中有特异效果。本文通过测试发现马面鲀鱼油中的 DHA 含量颇高,约占总脂肪酸量的17%,而鳕鱼油则以 EPA 含量为高,约占总脂肪酸含量的19%。这两种鱼油如果混合应用将起互补作用,提高生理价值。
In this work,fatty acid composition of fish oils of Cantherinus modestus and Cod has been examined by gas chromatography.Results show that fatty acid composition of fish oils is significantly different from that of other animal and plant oils.These two kinds of fish oils contain about 63% unsaturated fatty acid,in which the amount of ω—3 polyunsaturated fatty acid being 25%,and mainly EPA and DHA.It is not found in other animal and plant oils.Those results coincide with published literature.EPA and DHA are of great value in curing of angiocardiopathy.It was found that DHA content is about 17% of total fatty acids in Cantherinus modestus fish oil,it is higher than that of
Cod,whereas the latter contains more EPA (19%).The mixture of both would be of higher physiologic value due to their complementary action.
