摘要
利用 6 DMAP和冷休克处理太平洋牡蛎受精卵大量生产牡蛎 3倍体苗种用于养殖生产 ,结果表明 ,与冷休克相比 ,6 DMAP处理对胚胎发育存在较大的影响 ,幼虫孵化率有所下降 ,但 3倍体率则基本稳定在 6 0 %以上 ,比冷休克高 30 % ,综合分析认为 ,6 DMAP可作为比较理想的诱导药剂用于大量培育 3倍体苗种的养殖。
Triploid Pacific oyster were induced for large scale aquaculture by 6 DMAP and cold shock, which indicated that hatchery rate decreased by 6 DMAP treatment which damaged development of embryo to rather extent, but rate of triploid could be stabled at more than percent of 60. It was thought that 6 DMAP can be taken as a rather ideal chemical reagent for large scale production of triploid pacific oyster.
