摘要
本文报道了用冷休克和热休克的方法阻止第一极体释放诱导栉孔扇贝(Chlamys farreri)和虾夷扇贝(Patinopecten yessoensis)三倍体的实验结果。栉孔扇贝在水温17℃下,受精后17min,开始处理。冷休克以1℃,处理持续时间为20min处理组倍化频率最高,为30.4%;热休克以30℃,处理时间为12min的处理组倍化频率最高,达27.6%。虾夷扇贝在水温10℃下,受精后40min,开始热休克处理,结果以29℃,处理持续时间为11min组最好,倍化频率为26.7%。处理组与对照组在孵化率,畸形率和胚胎发育上有明显的差异。栉孔扇贝2n=38,3n=51,虾夷扇贝2n=38,3n=57。
This paper was concerned in triploidy induced in the scallop) the Chlamys farrcri and the Patinope ten yessoensis by temperature shock with blocking meiosis I. Cold shock was applied to the Chlomys farreri eggs for 20 min under conditions of starting at 17 min after fertilization and temperature at 1℃. The frequency of triploid was 30.4%. Heat shocked for 12min at 30℃. The frequency of triploid was 27.6%. Heat shock was applied to the Patin operton yessoiusis for 11 min starting at 46 min after fertilization and temperature at 29℃. The frequency of triploid was 26.7%. Compared to their control groups, the treated groups showed lower hatchability and higher abnormality, the development of treated groups were delayed.The chromosome numbers of Chlamys farreri and Patinope ten yessoensis are all 2n = 38, and 3n=57.
