摘要
对杂色鲍和九孔鲍分别进行了用冷休克法诱导三倍体试验,以找出诱导的最佳组合。结果表明:杂色鲍选用处理起始时间为15.0min.处理温度为13.5~14℃,处理持续时间为10.0~15.0min的组合,诱导的批量试验苗,稚贝阶段的三倍体率两年分别为51.7%和70.0%;九孔鲍选用处理起始时间为13.5min,处理温度为13.0~13.5℃,处理持续时间为15.0~18.0min的组合,诱导的批量试验苗,稚贝阶段的三倍体率两年分别为54.5%和63.3%。笔者认为这两种组合分别用于杂色鲍和九孔鲍三倍体育种生产是可行的。
The experiments on the triploids induction in Haliotis diversicolor diversicolor and H. diversicolor aquatilis have been conducted by means of cold shock methods respectively in order to find out the optimum combination of the induction methods. The results are as follows. The combination of the treatment onset time of 15 minutes, treatment temperture of 13. 5-14. 0℃ and treatment duration of 10. 0-15. 0 minutes, is selected for Haliotis diversicolor diversicolor. The triploid rates at the stage of spat of the induced abalone seedlings of the batch experiment are 51. 7% and 70. 0% respectively in 1994 and 1995. The combination of treatment onset time of 13. 5 minutes, treament temperature of 13. 0-13. 5℃ and treatment duration of 15. 0-18. 0 minutes,is selected for H. diversicolor aquatilis. The triploid rates at the stage of spat of the induced abalone seedlings of the batch experiment are 54. 5% and 63.3% respectively in 1994 and 1995. The author thinks these two kinds of combinations used in the breeding production of the triploids of Haliotis diversicolor diversicolor and H. diversicolor aquatilis are feasible.
