摘要
对近年来同工酶技术在贝类个体发育、组织特异性、亲缘鉴定、形态分类、群体遗传及生理病理诊断等方面的应用研究进行了系统总结和综合评述,为今后进一步开展研究贝类的生物遗传和养殖生产提供参考。
From aspects of shellfish growth process, species-specific differences and tissue-specific differences of isozyme, isozyme application to pathogenesis and physiological research, species distinguish and colony genetic research, this paper summarized and reviewed some study on isozyme of shellfish, providing reference material for biology genetic research and aquaculture of shellfish.
