摘要
本文报道了用细胞松弛素B(cytochalasin B)和高温及低温休克诱导皱纹盘鲍(Haliolis discus hannai)(?)倍体的结果。在23℃条件下,选用0.1mg/L,0.3mg/L,0.5mg/L CB浓度;MⅠ处理组倍化率分别为3.7%,51.3%,23.6%;MⅡ处理分别为1.1%,48.6%,27.9%。高温休克选用25℃,30℃,32℃(MⅠ、MⅡ)其倍化率最高为40.0%(30℃,MⅡ)。低温休克选用3.0℃(MⅠ),1.0℃,2.0~3.0℃,4.0~5.0℃(MⅡ),倍化率最大值为88.2%(3℃MⅠ)。大多数实验组MⅠ处理的倍化率高于MⅡ处理。孵化率与倍化率呈负相关。
Triploidy was induced in the Pacific abalone, Haliotis disius hannai, by treating newly fertilized eggs with cytochalasin B and temperature shock. After examining number of times, intensity and duration of treatments, it became evident that treating eggs at the 0.3rng/l cytachalasin B treatment for 17 min, 5min after insemination, at 3℃ of cold shock for 15 ruin, 12 min after insemination can inhibit release of the first and the second polar body and result in induction of thousants of tripoid animals of the Pacific abalone in quite a high frequency.
