摘要
目的探讨视网膜静脉周围炎(又称Eales病)患者视网膜光凝术治疗前后血浆内皮缩血管肽-1(又称内皮素-1,ET-1)水平的变化。方法对104例Eales病患者和66例健康者进行血浆ET-1水平检测。对53例Eales病患者进行视网膜光凝术治疗,并分别于激光治疗前及治疗后1个月进行血浆内皮素-1检测。结果 Eales病患者血浆ET-1水平为(23.10±6.89)pg/mL,健康者血浆ET-1水平为(17.79±5.02)pg/mL,前者ET-1水平高于后者,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。53例Eales病患者光凝术治疗前血浆ET-1水平为(22.98±6.88)pg/mL,术后1个月为(20.17±6.48)pg/mL,治疗后ET-1水平显著降低,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Eales病患者血浆ET-1水平增高,视网膜光凝术治疗后1个月ET-1水平显著下降。
Objective To explore the changes of plasma endothelin-1 （ET-1）level in patients with Eales′dis-ease before and after laser photocoagulation.Methods Plasma levels of ET-1 were detected in 104 patients with Eales′disease and 66 cases of healthy subjects.53 patients with Eales′disease were treated with laser photocoagula-tion,and detected for plasma levels of ET-1 before and one month after operation.Results The plasma level of ET-1 in patients with Eales′disease were （23.10＆#177;6.89）pg/mL,which was significantly higher than the （17.79＆#177;5.02） pg/mL in healthy subjects （P＆lt;0.05）.The plasma level of ET-1 in patents with Eales′disease,detected before oper-ation was （22.98＆#177;6.88）pg/mL,which was significantly higher than the （20.17＆#177;6.48）pg/mL,detected one month after operation （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion The plasma level of ET-1 in patients with Eales′disease might be increased, which could be significantly decreased one month after laser treatment.
