摘要
目的 探讨血浆内皮素 - 1(ET1 )与老年糖尿病性视网膜病变 (DR)发生与发展的关系。方法 应用放射免疫法对 47例老年 2型糖尿病患者和 2 5例正常老年人血浆 ET1 水平进行了检测和分析。结果 显示老年DR患者血浆 ET1 水平显著高于无 DR者和正常对照组 ,且与 DR严重程度呈正相关。结论 老年 DR患者血浆ET1 水平增高可能与老年 DR的发生与进展有关。
Objective To investigate relationship between plasma endothelin-1 (ET 1) and diabetic retinopathy (DR) in senile patients.Methods Plasma ET 1 level was measured in 47 senile patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) and 25 controls.Results The plasma ET 1 level of patients with DR was significantly higher than that in patients without DR and in controls,and was positively correlated with the severity of DR.Conclusion The results suggest that increased plasma ET 1 may play some role in the onset and development of DR in senile patients.
