摘要
目的探索批判性思维教学方式在临床技能学中的运用。方法本校2011级5年制临床医学本科班中随机抽取2个班分为实验班和对照班,每班学生均为45人。实验班应用批判性思维教学法,对照班采用传统教学法。比较2组学生OSCE考核成绩和批判性思维状况以及学生对两种教学方式的满意度。结果实验班学生的满意度93.3%高于对照班53.3%,OSCE考核总成绩优于对照班,批判性思维总评分及5个单项评分也优于对照班,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床技能学中引入批判性思维教学理念和方法对提升医学生批判性创新能力,提高临床技能成绩,培养综合型实用型医学人才具有突出作用,值得在临床教学中推广。
Objective To explore the application of critical thinking teaching methods in clinical skills education. Methods Two classes were randomly seleced from five-year clinical undergraduate program of class 2011, and were divided into experimental group and control group with 45 students in each group. The experimental group was taught with critical thinking teaching methods ,while the control group was taught with traditional teaching methods. The objective structured clinical examination(OSCE) results, development of students' critical thinking skills, and their satisfaction to the teaching methods were compared between the two groups. Results The students' satisfaction and OSCE results of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group. The scores of overall critical thinking skills evaluation, as well as the individual ratings of the experimental group was higher than those of the control group. The difference was significant( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Introducing critical thinking teaching methods into clinical skills education can improve students' critical thinking skills, creativity, and clinical skills examination results. It also plays a prominent role in developing students' integration and application skills. Therefore this method of teaching is recommended in clinical skills education.
