摘要
目的:探讨在妇产科临床教学中运用循证医学的教学模式提高教学质量。方法:应用循证医学理念指导我校2004级临床医学专业本科生的临床见习教学,通过理论考试、临床技能考核及问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:EBM组学生理论考试和临床技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),EBM组中93.5%的学生赞成此种教学方法。结论:通过引入循证医学的理念和方法,提高了学生分析、解决临床问题的能力。
Objective：To improve the clinical teaching effect on obstetrics and gynecology by using the evidence-based medicine （EBM） model. Methods.We introduced EBM to medical students enrolled in 2004 during chnical clerkship and evaluated the effect by theory test,chnical skill examination and questionnaire. Results：The average score of theory test and chnical skill examination of EBM teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group （P〈0.05）. 93.6% students of EBM teaching group were in favor of EBM method. Conclusion：An introduction of the principles and methods of EBM to the clinical practice can greatly improve the students＂ ability to analyze and solve a chnical problem.
