摘要
目的:探讨在妇产科临床教学中运用循证医学的教学模式提高教学质量。方法:应用循证医学理念指导我校2004级临床医学专业本科生的临床见习教学,通过理论考试、临床技能考核及问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:EBM组学生理论考试和临床技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),EBM组中93.5%的学生赞成此种教学方法。结论:通过引入循证医学的理念和方法,提高了学生分析、解决临床问题的能力。
Objective:To improve the clinical teaching effect on obstetrics and gynecology by using the evidence-based medicine (EBM) model. Methods.We introduced EBM to medical students enrolled in 2004 during chnical clerkship and evaluated the effect by theory test,chnical skill examination and questionnaire. Results:The average score of theory test and chnical skill examination of EBM teaching group were higher than those of the traditional teaching group (P〈0.05). 93.6% students of EBM teaching group were in favor of EBM method. Conclusion:An introduction of the principles and methods of EBM to the clinical practice can greatly improve the students" ability to analyze and solve a chnical problem.
