护理学专科生评判性思维的现状调查与分析 被引量:11

Investigation and analysis of the critical thinking state in associate degree nursing students

摘要 目的了解我国护理学专业专科生评判性思维的现状,为教学改革提供依据。方法利用自设问卷对2 所护理学院的326名护理学专业专科生进行调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 2所院校护理学专业专科生评判性思维的平均得分属于中等偏上,在不同方面各年级学生间得分有显著性差异;家庭环境、学习环境、教学活动是评判性思维的影响因素。结论打破传统教学模式,改进教学方法,重视临床教学,改善临床实践环境,对于加强护理学专业专科生评判性思维的培养,提高临床护理质量,具有重大意义。 Objective TO study the critical thinking state in associate degree nursing students of our country as a basis for teaching reform. Method A self - designed questionnaire for investigation and analysis was used for 326 nursing students in two nursing colleges. Result Scores of nursing students from two nursing colleges were above average. And scores of every aspect from different grades indicated statistically significant differences. This was influenced by family environment, learning environment and teaching activity. Conclusion Changing traditional teaching model, exploring teaching approaches, reinforcing clinical teaching and improving the climate of the practice setting are beneficial to the enhancement of nursing students' critical thinking and the provision of high quality health care.
