摘要
从人胎脑cDNA文库中克隆到 1条 16 85nt的锌指蛋白新基因cDNA序列 ,命名为ZNF30 2 ;生物信息学分析表明 ,ZNF30 2的C末端含有 13个保守的C2 H2 锌指结构 ;Northern blot结果提示这一基因可能存在 3 .0kb和 4.2kb的 2种转录本 ;Unigene软件包分析 ,该基因定位于 19号染色体 19q13 .2 13 .3 ;cDNA基因芯片检测显示疤痕成纤维细胞经TGFβ1刺激和ECV30 4细胞经PMA ,LPS刺激后 ,ZNF30 2基因表达明显升高 ,提示其与细胞增殖的正调控有关 .
A 1 685 nt cDNA of zinc finger (ZNF) gene was cloned from a human fetal brain cDNA library and named as ZNF 302. Bioinformatic analysis indicates that ZNF 302 contains 13 highly conserved C 2H 2 type zinc finger motifs at the C terminus. Northern blot analysis indicates there are two transcripts of ZNF 302 with 3.0 kb and 4.2 kb respectively. The gene was positioned to chromosome 19q13.2 13.3 by Unigene assay. The expression level of ZNF 302 is higher in keloid fibroblasts stimulated by TGF β 1 and in ECV304 cells stimulated by PMA and LPS than that in normal control by using cDNA microarray. It suggests ZNF 302 might be associated with the up regulation of cell proliferation.
