摘要
民办高校是社会主义教育事业的重要组成部分,在加强党的执政能力建设中负有重要的历史使命。目前,61%的河南省民办高校建立了党组织,但是党组织缺少进入学校决策和管理层次的机制,党建工作缺乏相应的管理规范,党员数量偏少。党的各级领导机关应加强对民办高校党建工作的宏观指导,建立健全民办高校党建工作的管理制度和党政工团一体化工作体系,完善民办高校党建工作的监督机制。
Private higher education institutions are the main part of socialist educational career, and take on important historical mission in strengthening the Party＇s governing capability. At present, 61% private higher education institutions set up the Party organizations, but the Party organization is weak in decision making and managerial level, the Party building is lack of managerial standard, and the Party members are few. The leading agencies of the Party of all levels should strengthen macro guide in Party building in private higher education institutions, establish and improve managerial system and all-in-one work system of the Party, government, labor and the Youth League, perfect the supervisory mechanism of Party building.
