摘要
高素质的师资队伍有利于提升民办高职院校的综合竞争力。目前,我国绝大多数的民办高职院校师资队伍不同程度地存在着问题。建设和发展一支高素质的、相对稳定的师资队伍,社会应对民办高职院校教师的"身份"给予正确定位,学校自身应加强师资队伍的优化组合、科学培养和提高以及动态管理。
High-quality teachers will enhance overall competitiveness of the private vocational colleges. In the present case, the teacher troop of most private vocational colleges has many problems of varying degree. The urgent matter is to construct and develop a high quality, the relatively stable teacher troop. The correct lo- calization should be given to the private vocational college teacher troop. The private vocational colleges teacher troop should be strengthen the optimum composition, the science raise and the enhancement as well as the dynamic management.
