摘要
民办高等教育是我国高等教育中的一支重要方面军,为促进高等教育大众化和社会主义建设发挥着积极作用。师资队伍是民办高校发展的关键。本文就民办高校的师资队伍建设提出几点看法。
The development of local-funded higher education can supply socialist construction with plenty of talents, promote the popularity of higher education and the development of socialist construction. The building of teaching staff is a foundation of local-funded colleges and universities. Of the chief problems, there are some solutions to the building of teaching staff in local-funded colleges and universities.
