摘要
根据AD的病理表现以及乙酰胆碱酯酶的三维结构模型,以间苯二酚为原料,通过贝克曼反应、威廉逊反应、关环、芳化,设计合成了新系列芳香苯并呋喃香豆素类化合物。化合物皆为新化合物。通过1H NMR、13C NMR、IR、FAB-MS、EA确定其结构。
A series of new benzofurocoumarins derivatives were designed and synthesized according to the neuropathological hallmarks of the disease AD and the three-dimensional structure of acetylcholinesterase (ACHE). New compounds were synthesized through Bechmann condensation, williamson reaction, cyclization and aromatization. Their structures were charactorized by ^1H NMR. ^13C NMR IR FAR-MS and EA.
