摘要
在给出游梁式抽油机故障定义及故障判据的基础上，建立了以不能正常工作为顶事件的故障树，并利用现场收集到的数据对故障树进行了定性、定量及误差传播分析。首次确定了国产抽油机的可靠性指标，并为提高抽油机的可靠性提出了改进意见。
After giving the definition and criterion of the failure of a beam pumping unit, the author establishes a failure tree taking off-normal operation as the top thing, and, using the data collected in the fields, makes a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the tree and also an analysis of error transmission. The reliability index for home-made pumping units is determined for the first time and suggestions for improving the reliability of pumping units are presented.
