摘要
采用游梁、曲柄复合偏置平衡技术方案设计了一种小型游梁抽油机。建立了数学模型和目标函数,采用网格法寻优,对该抽油机进行了优化设计。优化结果表明,抽油机受力情况有所改善、减速器输出轴均方根功率、减速器输出轴当量扭矩、峰值扭矩和负扭矩都有大幅度下降,获得了较好的节能及综合性能。
Using scheme of combined beam and crank offset balance, a small-size pumping unit has been developed, its mathematical model and objective function was build, and the pumping unit was optimized using rmethod of lattice. The results of optimization show that mean effective power of reducer output shaft, stress of various components of pumping unit and equivalent torque, peak value torque and negative torque of reducer output shaft all have a dramatic decline, and good effect of energy-saving and over-all properties has been obtained.
