摘要
在深孔钻削过程中,当钻削孔深度增加时,钻头会出现偏斜,如果能够及时检测出钻削过程中产生的偏斜,采取相应的措施会降低零件误差或减少报废。针对钻头在深孔钻削过程中易出现偏斜的问题,在分析了PSD结构和工作原理后,提出利用光反射原理和快速发展的PSD技术对钻头倾角和位置的变化进行在线检测的方案,分析方案在不同情况下钻头偏转和位移变化,得出检测方案可减少孔轴线偏斜,为以后深孔加工孔轴线在线检测研究提供一定的参考。
In the processes of deep hole drilling,the drill will inevitably appear skewed with the increase in the depth of drilling holes,if the skew can be detected timely in the process of drilling and corresponding measures can be taken,decreasing parts error or reduce scrapped phenomenon.In allusion to the problem of the drill will inevitably appear skewed,after analyzing structure and working principle of PSD,putting forward to a scheme that it utilizes the principle of light reflection and the rapid development of PSD technology to detect the drill bit inclination and position changes,deflection and displacement were analysed in different circumstances,the scheme can decrease the hole axis deviation and provid a reference for axis online detection in the future.
